President Donald Trump told reporters June 26 that he spoke to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and expects Republican and Democratic lawmakers to come to an agreement on approving humanitarian aid for migrants near the U.S.-Mexico border. Trump added that he wants to change the nation's asylum laws, which the bill does not address. The president, speaking on his way to Japan, also weighed in on former special counsel Robert Mueller's plans to testify before Congress, repeating that there was "no collusion" between the Trump campaign and Russia and "no obstruction."
